Returns
Due to the multiple parties involved, including the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to fully manage stock. Stock levels can fluctuate at any given time. Please be aware it's possible your order may run out of stocks once you've placed your order.
Our policy is for 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since the date you purchased your item, we unfortunately can't give you a full exchange or refund.
For your item to be considered eligible for return it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the condition you received it. The item must be in its original packaging.
